If 30 days after signing of the annual contract and subject to payment of setup, installation and training fees and all other conditions have been met, and the operator can prove, after our advice has been followed, that restaurantdiary has not improved his covers over his previous system, whether manual or electronic then we shall refund all monies paid to date and cancel the contract.
